Hiking the Appalachia

Dahlonega-Suches
Blairsville

My niece has spent the last week hiking Dahlonega, the southern gateway to Chattahoochee National Forest in Georgia. It embraces Amicalola Falls State Park and includes Anna Ruby Falls and Trackrock Gap. Springer Mountain which is the southern terminus of the Appalachian National scenic trail, and onto Blairsville GA to the Blue Ridge.

On each precipice Shana would take gorgeous photos to share with family. I so wish that I could have journeyed with her, but there will always be the next trip!

  1. Absolutely beautiful photos! That first one is breath taking!! I’d love to visit there and hike those trails but I’m across the U.S. far, far away! Thank you for sharing! ❤️ ~Diana
