This has been a most arduous week; my youngest brother fell on the front of the our icy house and broke his jaw in two places, but with the progressive health team at Reston Hospital, he is home recovering very well. The last few days have been spent between work and the hospital, and this being the season of miracles, family have arrived safely, and my 10-month old nephew is spending his first Christmas at Heath.
Cookies have been baked, packaged in holiday style then delivered to friends, while out and about the neighborhood there was the opportunity to see beautiful decorations and lights.
Now, it’s back home to curl up on the sofa with a cup of creamy eggnog and family.

Wishing each of you a Merry Christmas and a most Joyous New Year!!!
Kathleen

Cool photos, unusual even 🙂 Sorry about your brother’s accident, this will be a christmas he won’t forget. I am grateful it is an injury that can he can recover from. I am sure he is in a safe healthy place now. Concrete is unforgiving to land on and all it takes is a second.
