November is such a spectacular month, it’s that time of year in which to settle down to the absolute comfort of the season. We have gained an extra hour of time and it’s been four years since starting my blog.

Stylish Heath has been a creative venue for a myriad of concepts such as art, cooking, fashion, gardening and traveling. I truly love designing each post and sharing these notions with each of you. Thank you so much for sharing your innovative ideas and being a part of my fourth year celebration!!!

{Cats were everywhere on the island especially, around and about the Harbor of Rodos}

Rhodes is famous for the huge bronze Colossus {Kolossos means “giant statue} that once stood in the harbor, known as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World; is home to a medieval fortification in Old Town and has a geographical location, which is the gateway to the Aegean.

The beauty of this island is not just as a beach resort, but seeing the ancient built upon the new that makes it shores so awe-inspiring. Listed are few of my favorites sites when exploring.

{Located on the wave breaker at Mandraki harbor, one of three medieval windmills which once ground grains, and the Street of the Knights in the Medieval City of Rhodes- 1309-1522 is a unique example of an architectural style during the Crusades that combines Byzantine, French and Spanish influences.}

{I could not get enough of the grilled prawns or the fresh fish served whole}

One of the best assets of this island is the seafood, restaurants specializing in traditional Greek dishes with influences from nearby Turkey, and do not forget the ocean view of the Aegean when enjoying a meal.
