What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

I’m one who enjoys a variety of yoga, Pilates or arobics as a daily epression of working out. But my absolute favorite form of physical excerise is opening the front door and walking up the sreet to stroll throughout the neighborhood. And, if I can walk on a clear crisp evening or under the early morning sky filled with stars that adds to the benefits of being outside.

This morning’s walk started out under very cloudy skies with a slight drizzle, but at 7:27am the sky began to clear as the sun rose.

There are many advantages to walking; it lessens anxiety, improves my sleep, builds immunity and boost creativity. I find walking threaputic if I’m designing a blog post. It’s where I do my most innovative thinking and crafting.

Enjoying Fall at Heath

We’ve made it home after a wonderful vacation in Europe and the Middle East. There is nothing better than spending time away from the everyday to clear your mind. Now were back there are items that must be accomplished at Heath before winter. Duties began on Saturday afternoon with repairing/replacing damaged wood on the deck, and then staining. Today a wood finish was brushed onto the garage doors to refresh the color. But, tomorrow my number one priority will be to stain the trim on our front door and then pop into Costco to refill the pantry and fridge.
